Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from BGV companies or staffing agencies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to engage clients through meetings and networking, and a passion for converting leads into successful closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, client visits, and networking.
- Meet potential clients to present services, understand business needs, and offer customized solutions.
- Attend HR forums, job fairs, and networking events (including after-office hours) to build brand visibility and professional connections.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR and decision-makers across industries.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets through consistent lead generation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain detailed records of leads, meetings, and closures using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in Business Development or Corporate Sales, preferably in service-based industries (BGV, staffing, or outsourcing).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to independently plan and execute client meetings and networking activities.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and events.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior exposure to service-based sales or HR-related client interactions.
- Experience handling the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closure.
- Strong local network within HR, recruitment, or corporate circles.
