Job Title: Business Development Executive – Domestic Market (Chemical Manufacturing)

Reporting To: Regional Manager / Head – Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit local customers regularly to strengthen business relationships and identify new opportunities.
- Promote and market Fine Chemicals, Home & Personal care chemicals, and Intermediates across India.
- Achieve assigned domestic sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Suggest new products based on customer requirements and emerging market trends.
- Handle and support existing customers, ensuring consistent satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively communicate technical and commercial details.
- Generate and follow up on new inquiries from target industries and regions.
- Conduct frequent customer visits to expand market presence and engagement.
- Convert potential inquiries into confirmed sales orders through effective negotiation and follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Sc / M.Sc in Chemistry or B.E / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
Experience: 1–5 years of experience in domestic sales or business development within the chemical/specialty chemical industry.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
