
Business Development Executive

Job Summary:We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) with 3–5 years of proven expertise in sales, client acquisition, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
Develop and execute outreach strategies including cold calls, emails, LinkedIn engagement, and in-person networking.Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within prospective and existing client organizations. Present company products and solutions with clarity and value-focused messaging. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align messaging, campaigns, and lead generation activities.
Prepare proposals, sales contracts, and ensure smooth handover to the delivery/account teams. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership on sales performance, market feedback, and competitor activity.
Key Requirements:3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management (preferably in IT Sales). Strong understanding of sales techniques, prospecting, and lead generation methods. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to build lasting relationships and close deals. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of modern sales enablement and automation tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
