Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer with proven experience in the Dairy farming and Feed industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, distributors, and channel partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the dairy farming and dairy sectors.
  • Daily visits to farmers, conducting training programs and product demonstrations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to Dairy Farmers.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and technical teams for campaign execution and customer training.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 Years of experience in sales and business development in Dairy farming and Animal feed sectors.
  • Strong understanding of agricultural practices and rural market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Agri business, or a related field is preferred.
