Position: Business Development Manager – Electrical Turnkey & Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in electrical turnkey projects and manufacturing solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential growth areas.
  • Collaborate with project and technical teams to ensure client requirements are met.
  • Meet sales targets, track business development activities, and report progress to management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales/business development in electrical, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of electrical turnkey projects, industrial electrical systems, or control panel manufacturing is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic business plans.
  • 3–7 years of relevant work experience preferred (freshers with strong network and interest may also apply).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12, ₹26,407.94 per month
