Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Agency Development Manager located in Ahmednagar. The Agency Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring insurance agents. Daily tasks include developing and executing strategies for business growth, driving sales targets, monitoring agent performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The manager will also work on building strong relationships with agents and clients and conducting market research to identify opportunities for expansion.

  • Experience in recruitment and training of insurance agents
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies
  • Proficiency in sales and target achievement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to monitor and ensure agent performance and compliance
  • Experience in conducting market research and identifying opportunities for expansion
  • Willingness to work on-site in Ahmednagar
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the insurance industry is an asset
