Position Name: Manager – NPI

Work Location: Ahmednagar

Educational Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech (Mechanical / Tool Design)

Experience: 4- 8 years

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables

• Press Component & Fabrication part Development & Industrialization in all New Products being developed at NPI ASW.
• Component Industrialization of New product Development which includes CZ SD DC Range, New MCB Area, Phoenix Contactor Development, Turban WD range, VFD.
• Design for Mfg. (DFM), PFC, PFMEA, Control plan, Component establishment through PPAP methodology,
• Press Part & Tool
• Support to Production lines for smooth production completion.
• System compliance & documentation like SAP Activities, PL, BOM, ISO documentation & NPI Guidelines compliance

Functional Competencies :

• Technical competency in Press, Fabrication part & Tool Development
• Good knowledge in DFM, PFMEA, Raw materials, stamping process, Press Tool Design
• Problem Solving Skill by using Statistical Tools
• Software Skills - AutoCAD, Creo, SAP etc.
