Job Profile: Manager / Asst. Manager Sales & Marketing

Profile Overview:

As a Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, marketing initiatives and customer-engagement activities for Thriarr Polymers Pvt Ltd. You will identify new market opportunities (domestic and exports), drive key account management, support product portfolio growth, collaborate closely with operations/technical teams, and position our brand as a market leader in thermoset moulded components.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth targets across both domestic & international market. 2. Focus on achieving sales targets and driving overall business growth and market expansion.

  2. Identify new business opportunities, clients, and markets (domestic and exports).

  3. Manage key customer accounts and ensure high satisfaction and retention.

  4. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluations.

  5. Coordinate with technical and operations teams to align offerings with customer needs.

  6. Execute marketing initiatives such as trade fairs, campaigns, and digital promotions.

  7. Negotiate contracts and commercial terms in line with company policies.

  8. Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.

Qualification & Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate in Engineering/Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • 5-8 years of experience in sales & marketing within manufacturing or component industries (preferably electrical/automotive/energy).
  • Sound knowledge of thermoset moulding processes (compression/injection), materials such as SMC, DMC, and phenolics, and their industrial applications.
  • Ability to interpret product specifications, prepare cost quotations, and coordinate with technical teams on quality and design aspects.
    • Familiarity with ISO/IATF standards and use of CRM and sales tracking tools preferred.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop strong client relationships.
  • The role covers both domestic and international markets; hence, knowledge of international marketing and export processes is essential.

  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical/operations teams and comfortable with technical discussions around product capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits, trade shows and industry events (domestic and international).
