Job Description:

AceNurture is looking for a dynamic and ambitious Sales Manager (Fresher) to join our team. In this role, you will learn how to manage client relationships, handle sales operations, and help grow the company's customer base. You'll gain hands-on experience in communication, negotiation, and business growth strategies.

This position is ideal for fresh graduates who are confident, target-driven, and eager to build a rewarding career in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients and leads.
  • Present AceNurture's services (Career Guidance, Digital Marketing, Training, Staffing, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare reports for management review.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and sales concepts.
  • Confident personality with problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.

Education Qualification:

  • Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA, MBA, B.Com, or related fields).
  • Freshers with a strong interest in sales and business are welcome.
