Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Representative based in Vadodara. The role involves identifying client needs, promoting available properties, and facilitating property sales. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, staying updated on real estate market trends, conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, and delivering outstanding customer service to achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

  • Deep knowledge of Real Property, Real Estate markets, and related trends
  • Possession of a valid Real Estate License
  • Experience or skills in Sales and fostering client relationships
  • Dedication to offering outstanding Customer Service to clients
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to meet targets and work under deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
  • Familiarity with the Vadodara region is a plus
