Position: Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the complete sales cycle, from generating leads, managing CRM, conducting site visits, to closing deals. The candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent customer-handling abilities, and the capability to deliver powerful project presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle site visits with potential customers and provide project walkthroughs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Maintain and update CRM effectively.
  • Make calls to prospective customers and explain project details.
  • Deliver compelling presentations to showcase project benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the real estate sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle customers professionally and close sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
