Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager – Search Arbitrage, located in Gurugram. In this position, you will be responsible for creating and executing data-driven marketing strategies to optimize advertising performance. Daily tasks include managing and analyzing search arbitrage campaigns, researching high-performing keywords, implementing ROI-focused advertising strategies, and optimizing campaigns across platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment of marketing efforts and business goals. Regular performance analysis and reporting will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure scalable growth and return on investment.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Search Arbitrage, Campaign Optimization, and ROI-driven advertising
  • Strong skills in Data Analysis, Trend Forecasting, and Performance Tracking
  • Solid understanding of PPC Campaign Management and Paid Media Channels
  • Experience with Keyword Research and A/B Testing for ad performance enhancement
  • Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM tools
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Relevant certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or similar tools are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
