Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing business development activities in our Delhi office. Your role will primarily involve handling external and ODA funded procurement/tender processes, writing proposals and documentation, and building a strong network. Your proactive and outgoing personality, along with excellent communication skills in English, will be essential for this role. Preference will be given to candidates with a background in Planning who also have experience in proposal writing and business development. Key Responsibilities: - Manage full tender packaging for internationally funded assignments including Approach & Methodology, Workplan, and compilation of documents. - Write reports, concepts, and proposals for various projects. - Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Communicate efficiently with the team to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications Required: - Graduate/Post Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. - Good understanding of external/ODA funded procurement/tender processes. - Strong skills in proposal writing and documentation. - Excellent networking aptitude. - Self-motivated, outgoing, and extroverted personality. - Good communication skills in English. - Candidates with a Planning background and prior experience in business development will have an added advantage.,
