Core Purpose of the Role Achieve Home Loan (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) targets.

  • Key Responsibilities Business Planning & Development Lead generation through catchment areas.
  • Drive sales and develop micro-markets.
  • Meet business parameters and targets.
  • Ensure timely completion of pending OTC/PDD and cheque-in-hand cases.
  • Monitoring & Productivity Ensure daily file logins in the system.
  • Achieve business targets within timelines.
  • Maintain hunger and drive for business growth.
  • Business Channels & OnboardingOnboard connectors and green channel partners.
  • Customer Service & ComplianceManage customer service issues effectively.
  • Escalate unresolved matters to supervisors on time.
  • Ensure adherence to company KYC & compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain 100% integrity and mark attendance regularly on PS & Pulse.
  • Market & Relationship BuildingMeet builders, property dealers, and associations for tie-ups.
  • Interact with retail customers for housing and mortgage loans.
  • People & LearningAttend all product and process trainings.
  • Act as a buddy for new hires.
  • Share best practices with team members.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsPreferably from Retail, Banking, Insurance, or Financial Services sector.
  • Freshers eligible (training provided).
  • For experienced candidates: Proven track record of earning incentives.
  • Strong customer service & negotiation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or minimum 12th pass.
