Job Description

As a Pre‑Sales Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in kickstarting our sales cycle, engaging prospective customers, and supporting field team sell while maintaining systems and client relationships. A background in real estate is a plus.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Outreach Initiate contact with potential clients using company-provided leads, introduce projects, and assess interest and requirements. Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, or email, answering questions on property features and pricing.
  • Appointment Coordination Confirm and schedule visits or meetings, and keep the CRM updated with appointment details and outcomes.
  • Follow-ups & Engagement Maintain consistent communication via calls, messages, or email to nurture leads and convert interest into site visits or client engagements.
  • CRM & Database Management Ensure accurate data entry in CRM track client interactions, lead status, site visit outcomes, and next steps.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to share updates on client interactions and follow-up progress.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 1 + year in telesales, customer interactions, or support roles (industry agnostic)
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written command in English and local language(s)
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems and basic MS Office tools
