Job Overview:

We are seeking a
highly skilled Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer
with strong expertise in
Flosum
to join our dynamic Salesforce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth deployments, maintaining version control, and implementing best practices for release management across multiple Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain
    CI/CD pipelines
    for Salesforce using
    Flosum
    .
  • Manage
    deployment automation
    , version control, and release processes across multiple orgs.
  • Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, admins, and QA teams to streamline delivery cycles.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues promptly.
  • Enforce
    DevOps and security best practices
    , including code quality, environment management, and backup strategies.
  • Manage metadata and configuration deployments using
    Flosum tools and APIs
    .
  • Oversee change management processes, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
  • Integrate Flosum with other tools (e.g., Jira, Git, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps) as needed.
  • Maintain and optimize deployment efficiency and scalability in complex Salesforce landscapes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong proven years of experience
    of experience in Salesforce DevOps or related roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in Flosum
    (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of
    Salesforce platform architecture
    , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and custom applications.
  • Experience with
    Salesforce metadata deployment
    , packaging, and version control.
  • Proficiency in
    Apex, Lightning Components, and APIs
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Git-based version control systems
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Salesforce certifications such as
    Salesforce Certified Platform Developer / DevOps Specialist
    are preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    Salesforce DX (SFDX)
    and
    scratch org management
    .
  • Knowledge of
    CI/CD tools
    like Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
  • Exposure to
    Salesforce governance and compliance
    processes.
  • Familiarity with
    Agile and Scrum methodologies
