We're looking for a smart, process-driven Inside Sales Executive to manage and convert inbound

leads and support outbound lead generation. This is a pre-sales/customer-facing coordination role

by being the first line of communication with industrial prospects navigating water sustainability

initiatives. The role offers learning and growth into full-scale B2B sales.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new customers
  • Prospect new customers through lead generation, follow-up, and cold calling
  • Handle inquiries across all sales channels
  • Understand customer context and respond with clarity and relevance
  • Work with field and senior sales for site surveys and meetings
  • Own and drive the pipeline
  • Coordinate and follow-up with all stakeholders
  • Manage CRM
  • Weekly sales reporting

Qualifications

  • 2+ years' experience
  • Prior experience in sales support, call center, customer service, or similar roles
  • Strong listening and articulation skills
  • Comfortable working with CRMs, email, and digital communication tools
  • Proficient in English, Hindi; Marathi is a plus
  • Interest in sustainability, industry, or compliance is a plus
