Role & responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
  • Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
  • Support HR operations and assist in onboarding activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 0- 2 years of experience (Internship experience in Talent Acquisition preferred).
  • Good understanding of recruitment cycle and job portals, especially Naukri.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Hindi speaking is mandatory.
  • Energetic, proactive, and willing to learn.

  • Immediate joiners preferred.

  • Salary 15k- 18k per month based on experience
