Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Attendant located in Chennai. The Sales Attendant will be responsible for assisting customers with product inquiries, providing tailored recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day activities include processing sales transactions, maintaining the sales floor, providing updates on product availability, and supporting inventory management tasks. The role requires effective communication skills and customer service expertise.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in customer service, communication, and interpersonal relationships
- Experience in handling sales transactions and knowledge of inventory management
- Ability to understand and articulate product details and specifications
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and accountability
- Capability to operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Previous experience in a similar sales or retail role is an advantage
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing is a plus
