About The Role
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead - Conversational AI / Python Chatbot Developer to design, develop, and deliver intelligent chatbot and voicebot solutions.

The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in Python-based chatbot development, AI/LLM integrations, and hands-on experience with prompt engineering, , and MongoDB.

You will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of conversational AI projects, collaborating with clients, and guiding a cross-functional team to build scalable, high-performing solutions that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based chatbots and voicebots using AI/ML and NLP technologies.
  • Work on prompt engineering and optimize outputs from LLMs (Large Language Models) for context-aware, accurate responses.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product, and backend to architect scalable and secure conversational systems.
  • Build and maintain backend systems using , MongoDB, and RESTful APIs for chatbot integrations.
  • Drive full project lifecycle from ideation, requirement gathering, and sprint planning to delivery and optimization.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide solutioning, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Mentor and guide developers in best coding practices, AI integration, and conversational design principles.
  • Continuously monitor chatbot performance, user interactions, and improve intent detection, flow logic, and personalization.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and deploy ML models for enhanced automation and user engagement.
  • Ensure solutions align with client objectives, maintaining high-quality deliverables and optimal performance.

Core Skills & Technical Expertise

  • Programming : Python, , JavaScript.
  • Databases : MongoDB, MySQL.
  • Frameworks / Tools : Flask / FastAPI (for Python-based bots),
  • Chatbot Platforms : Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework (added advantage).
  • AI & LLM Tools : OpenAI API, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, or similar.
  • Concepts : NLP, NLU, Prompt Engineering, Microservices, RESTful API Integration.
  • Cloud Platforms : AWS, GCP, or Azure (preferred).
  • Project Management : Agile / Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, team leadership.
  • Soft Skills : Client handling, leadership, problem-solving, communication, and mentoring.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of overall software development experience, with 3+ years in chatbot/AI automation.
  • Proven experience delivering AI-driven conversational solutions for enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of LLM model optimization and AI-driven system architecture.
