Role Overview

We are looking for a
Business Development Manager (BDM)
with a strong IT background who can
independently manage the entire RFP & SOW process
. The candidate must have a proven ability to respond to
RFPs, draft SOWs, collaborate with technical teams, negotiate contracts, and close deals
in the IT solutions space.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of
    RFP/RFQ/RFI responses
    : requirement analysis, solution alignment, proposal creation, pricing, and submission.
  • Draft and manage
    SOWs (Statements of Work)
    in collaboration with technical, legal, and delivery teams.
  • Engage with enterprise and government clients, managing relationships with
    CXOs, procurement heads, and IT leaders
    .
  • Build strong pipelines and manage sales cycles for
    AI, Cloud, and Security solutions
    .
  • Conduct competitive analysis and prepare winning proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure smooth
    handover to project delivery teams
    after closure.
  • Drive revenue targets through both
    new business acquisition and RFP wins
    .
  • Immediate Joiner Preferred

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in IT Business Development/Sales
    , with proven exposure to
    enterprise/government RFPs
    .
  • Strong experience in
    end-to-end RFP management
    (response drafting, coordination, submission).
  • Hands-on expertise in
    SOW preparation, contract negotiation, and bid management
    .
  • Knowledge of
    AI, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity solutions
    .
  • Excellent written communication (proposal writing) and verbal communication (client-facing).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently under deadlines with minimal supervision.
