We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and curious HR Intern to join our HR Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing day-to-day HR activities, data-driven reporting, and process improvement while working in a collaborative and high-trust environment. If you are passionate about HR, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership, this internship will give you exposure to real-world HR challenges and opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Support HR operations by managing and maintaining employee records, trackers, dashboards, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, background verification, benefits administration, and other employee lifecycle activities.
  • Clean, organize, and validate HR datasets to ensure data integrity and reliability for reporting and analytics.
  • Prepare reports and visual dashboards to highlight trends, insights, and metrics that drive HR decisions.
  • Collaborate with the team on employee engagement initiatives, surveys, and events to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices, industry benchmarks, and emerging trends to support continuous improvement.
  • Take ownership of small projects aimed at improving HR processes and efficiency.
  • Coordinate communication across teams and with external vendors while adhering to timelines and standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Psychology, or related fields.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other data management tools; familiarity with Power BI or visualization tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • A proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn from feedback.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team while keeping the customer-first approach at the forefront.
