MySivi is a small but fast-growing AI startup based in Bangalore, our app is
India's first AI Tutor
designed to help users practice English speaking.

Right now, the founder (hi ) is juggling everything—from hiring, LinkedIn posts, leave approvals, office agreements, interview scheduling, to even chasing down WiFi issues. It's time to bring in someone who can own HR + basic office ops, so the team can stay focused on building the core product.

If you're someone who loves keeping things organized, enjoys working with people, and likes being the go-to person for making the office run smoothly, you'll love this role.

What you'll be doing:

  • Take over hiring: posting JDs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews.
  • Manage onboarding, leaves, attendance, contractor records, and people ops in general.
  • Keep the office running—WiFi, stationery, housekeeping, vendors, you name it.
  • Help plan small team events, birthdays, celebrations, and fun stuff.
  • Work closely with the founder on day-to-day tasks and occasional "random but important" projects.
  • Handle support tickets internally when they need coordination.
  • Basically: make sure the people, office, and processes run smoothly.

What we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years experience in HR/Admin/Ops (startup experience is a plus).
  • Someone super organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats.
  • Great communication and people skills.
  • Someone who genuinely enjoys making systems + people better.
  • Must be okay working
    on-site
    at our Bangalore office.
