Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will lead the marketing initiatives for our steel trading organization. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the steel industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals, including market expansion and revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
Brand Management:
Strengthen the companys brand presence across all marketing channels.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning.
Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools, presentations, and promotional materials.
Develop and manage campaigns to generate leads and support the sales pipeline.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee digital marketing efforts including website management, SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns to increase ROI.
Content Creation:
Supervise the creation of marketing content, including brochures, newsletters, blogs, and case studies.
Manage external vendors for creative content and advertising when necessary.
Event Management:
Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement activities.
Evaluate the success of events and adjust strategies accordingly.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
Implement customer loyalty and retention programs.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage the marketing budget.
Ensure cost-effective marketing operations while achieving desired results.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the marketing team.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing within the steel or manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
Skills:
Strong understanding of B2B marketing and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in steel trading or a related industrial sector.
- Knowledge of regional and international steel markets.
- Established network within the steel industry.
