Business Development Executive

- Develops and executes sales strategies which result in exceeding revenue targets in digital by vertical and by accounts
- Works with Account Managers, Client Servicing Team and clients developing a result driven marketing solutions across multiple platforms
- Work closely with account managers to oversee the execution of projects and to prepare sales pitches
- Attends sales calls/meetings with Account Executives to develop new accounts and maximize existing accounts
- Be an effective educator/trainer both internally and externally on digital tactics, benefits, and trends
- Assists with the recruitment of talented professionals
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to generate leads
- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
- Create and deliver presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and project success
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, marketing, or business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Basic DM knowledge from internship, Certificate course etc,

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
