Job Title: Human Resources Officer / HR Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organized Human Resources professional to oversee end-to-end HR operations at our cold room manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will manage recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and performance processes, ensuring a smooth and compliant HR function that supports both factory and office teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Plan and execute recruitment strategies for technical, sales, admin, and factory positions.
Create job postings, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process.
Oversee onboarding, induction, and documentation for new hires.
HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee data including attendance, leaves, payroll inputs, and personnel files.
Coordinate with payroll and finance for salary processing.
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company policies.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns professionally.
Promote a positive work culture through engagement activities and welfare programs.
Oversee employee health and safety, particularly in factory operations.
Performance & Development
Manage performance appraisal cycles and feedback reviews.
Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads.
Support career development and succession planning.
Compliance & Policy Implementation
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure compliance with labour, industrial relations, and factory HR norms.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory HR operations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software (e.g., Zoho People or similar).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing blue-collar / factory workforce.
Exposure to cold chain or industrial manufacturing setups.
Ability to communicate in multiple regional languages.
