Key Responsibilities:
Executive Assistance / PA
● Manage the Director's calendar, meetings, travel, and daily schedule.
● Draft, review, and manage emails, presentations, reports, and official correspondence.
● Organize meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action points.
● Handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
● Support Director in personal tasks such as travel bookings, personal appointments, vendor/household coordination, and event management.
Human Resources (HR)
● Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
● Maintain employee records and HR databases.
● Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and HR communications.
● Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
● Provide day-to-day HR operational support.
Administration & Office Management
● Oversee office administration including vendor coordination, procurement, and facility management.
● Maintain office documentation and ensure smooth flow of communication across departments.
● Manage logistics for meetings, events, and travel requirements of staff as required.
● Ensure an organized, efficient, and professional office environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
