Role & responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration and facility management.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and other HR documentation.
- Assist in recruitment activities scheduling interviews, following up with candidates, and maintaining databases.
- Support onboarding and exit formalities of employees.
- Ensure timely renewal of contracts, AMC, and other compliance documentation.
- Organize office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
- Liaise with external agencies for administrative and HR-related requirements.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- 3+ years of experience
