We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenDelivery Manager To lead our DevOps teams and drive the successful delivery of software and infrastructure solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in DevOps practices, project management, and team leadership. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration of development and operations teams, optimizing delivery processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing DevOps team and Development, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Define team goals and objectives aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, encouraging professional growth and skill development.
Project Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies to enhance project efficiency and responsiveness.
DevOps Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy in collaboration with development and operations teams.
  • Implement best practices for continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
  • Drive the automation of manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce error rates.
Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of DevOps processes.
  • Implement strategies to optimize delivery pipelines, infrastructure, and application performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployment and production environments.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration between development and operations teams.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear and transparent communication.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to address project requirements and challenges.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a DevOps leadership role, with a strong background in project management.
  • In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
