Role Overview:

We are looking for two dedicated and experienced professionals to replace key team members whose responsibilities are critical to the ongoing success of our operations. The role involves handling day-to-day operations across multiple areas, including post-purchase operations, content management, book operations handling, process optimization and good knowledge of finance. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the EdTech domain and managing diverse operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Post-Purchase Operations
: Manage customer interactions, including Intercom chats, doubt resolution, and onboarding calls for high AOV goals.

Content Freelance Management:
Oversee the hiring and management of content freelancers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outputs.

Process and Data Optimization
: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.

Book/Content Finance Management:
Oversee budgeting, invoicing, and payment coordination for book production and content operations, ensuring timely financial processing and accurate cost tracking.

Other Operations (New Tasks Eg: Book Operation Management):
Take responsibility for book printing, finance, and transport related tasks, ensuring smooth operations in these areas.

Must-Have:

Proven
experience in operations, content management, and customer engagement.

Strong
proficiency with design tools like Excel, Google Sheets, vendor management and any other data-related tools.

Ability
to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently, working across different functions.

Experience
with process management and optimization, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Domain Knowledge:

Familiarity
with the EdTech domain, particularly in the context of government exam preparation.

Understanding
the unique challenges of the EdTech business is essential for success in this role.

Preferred:

Prior
1 Year Experience
working in EdTech, preferably in a similar operational capacity

Ability
to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively

Must have
a degree in
Mathematics or Finance
