About the Role

We are hiring 6 Operations Associates School Recruitment to support end-to-end recruitment activities on our platform.

The team will be divided into two functional groups:

  • 3 Associates for Candidate Onboarding focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding new educator profiles.
  • 3 Associates for Placements – focused on matching, coordinating, and placing candidates in schools.

This is an exciting opportunity for professionals from recruitment agency or staffing backgrounds to work in the education sector and handle large-scale teacher recruitment operations.

Key Responsibilities

For Onboarding Associates:

  • Source and onboard qualified teacher and educator profiles onto the platform.
  • Conduct verification checks and ensure data completeness for each candidate.
  • Communicate with candidates to explain the platform benefits and onboarding process.
  • Maintain onboarding metrics and ensure activation of new users.

For Placement Associates:

  • Match candidate profiles to open school vacancies and manage placement workflows.
  • Coordinate interviews between schools and shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain trackers of candidate progress from interview to joining.
  • Follow up with both candidates and schools to ensure successful placement closure.

Common Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high-quality candidate data in the systems.
  • Support the Manager in achieving monthly onboarding and placement targets.
  • Prepare reports on placement conversion rates, pipeline status, and feedback.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in recruitment operations or placement coordination, preferably from a non-IT recruitment agency or staffing firm.
  • Proven track record in either candidate sourcing/onboarding or placement coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle large data volumes.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and recruitment CRMs.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; HR background preferred.
