Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate or Senior Associate IT Recruiter for Canada Clients located in Noida. The Canada IT Recruiter will manage the entire lifecycle of the recruitment process for IT-related roles. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. The role also involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and proactively identifying top talent in the IT industry.

Qualifications

  • Experience of working with MSP/VMS clients/ State Clients
  • Experience of working mainly on Canada IT roles
  • Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
  • Strong expertise in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting
  • Experience in hiring and building talented, diverse IT teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
