What You'll Do:

Build and review valuation models (DCF, CCM, CTM, NAV) and perform cross-validation using multiple methods

Conduct industry benchmarking, peer analysis

Prepare valuation reports for various strategic and regulatory purposes

Assist in financial due diligence (FDD) – analyzing financial statements, validating EBITDA, net debt, working capital, and other key metrics

Support report drafting, transaction notes, client presentations, and audit support

What We Expect:

Sound knowledge of valuation standards and financial modelling techniques

Prior exposure or interest in financial due diligence and transactional analysis

Strong understanding of financial statements, audit reports, and management discussion & analysis (MD&A)

Attention to detail and ability to identify red flags in financial data

Proficiency in MS Excel; knowledge of tools like Capitaline is a plus

Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills
