Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential sites for expansion
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to drive admissions and revenue growth across centers.
  • Identify new market opportunities, potential partners, and community engagement avenues through strategic ATL & BTL marketing initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, communities, and local stakeholders to enhance brand visibility.
  • Generate high-quality leads through partnerships, events, and other business channels.
  • Work closely with center managers to design and execute location-specific enrollment campaigns.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and market insights for the leadership team.
