About the Role

We're a modern digital agency looking for a sharp, energetic fresher who understands people, notices good design, and is curious about how brands grow online.

If you:

  • Like talking to people
  • Can tell when a design or ad "just doesn't feel right"
  • Want to learn how digital marketing really works
  • Have a basic understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Know your way around WordPress (no technical coding required)

What You'll Be Doing

  • Talk to clients like a human, not a robot

Understand what they want (even when it's vague) and explain it clearly to the team.

  • Coordinate projects across teams

Websites, WordPress pages, performance marketing, SEO – track progress, follow up, and keep everyone aligned.

  • Use your design + marketing sense

Review designs, content, and UI/UX flows and ask:

"Is this clear?" "Is this easy to use?" "Does this look good?" "Would I click this?"

  • Basic UI/UX checks

Look out for confusing layouts, poor hierarchy, navigation issues, or anything impacting user experience.

  • Do basic quality checks

Spot typos, misaligned visuals, unclear messaging, or anything that feels off-brand.

  • Support WordPress-related tasks

Review pages, check content placement, and ensure everything looks clean and consistent. (No advanced development expected.)

  • Keep things on track

Help manage tasks, nudge people when needed, and make sure clients aren't left hanging.
