What You'll Be Doing: You won't just manage accounts; you'll be a Digital Growth Partner - 📸 Content Creator: Plan, create, and schedule quick, engaging Reels/Videos and visual content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. - 📈 Strategy & Execution: Manage and maintain customer accounts, executing both organic and paid social media promotions to boost online reach. - 🤝 Client Success: Communicate directly with customers via WhatsApp and phone (Multilingual skills in Hindi, Telugu, Kannada are a huge plus) to understand their goals and share performance reports with actionable insights. - 📊 Analysis: Monitor campaign and content performance to ensure real, measurable impact on their business growth. We Are Looking For: - Strong communication (written & verbal) and a customer-focused mindset. - A Creative Eye for visual storytelling and short-form video content. - Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms, including their paid and organic functionalities. - Familiarity with the latest social media trends, tools, and analytics. - Proven experience in managing social media accounts (freelancers are welcome). - A Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication or a related field is preferred.
