As part of our Guest Delight team, you’ll help travelers navigate the visa process smoothly, resolve their concerns efficiently, and ensure every customer interaction feels supported and seamless. This role is a work-integrated opportunity with Skill Veda, where you’ll pursue a PGDM in Customer Success & Key Account Management alongside your job. It’s designed for early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in Customer Success, Operations, and Process Management. What You’ll Do: - Deliver exceptional customer service via calls, chat, and email. - Help travelers with visa-related queries, ensuring empathy and accuracy in every interaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved quickly and completely. - Document interactions in CRM tools to maintain transparency and accountability. - Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and issue closure. - Identify areas to improve customer experience and suggest process optimizations. - Stay updated on visa policies, travel requirements, and Atlys product features. Who You Are: - Graduate (postgraduates not eligible). - Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills (Hindi proficiency preferred). - Minimum 6 months experience in customer-facing roles (chat, voice, or email support). - Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude. - Tech-savvy with experience using CRM / ticketing systems. - Comfortable working rotational shifts (6 days/week, 9-hour shift with 1-hour break). - Pursuing the PGDM program alongside this role is mandatory and non-negotiable.
