Neo Asset Management (NAM) is part of Neo Group. NAM is asset manager for various investment funds being launched by Neo Group. NAM currently has an AUM of ~ Rs 15,000 crs across various funds and simultaneously is in the process of raising capital.
Summary:
We're looking for a dynamic Sales professional for Mumbai region who will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals. Incumbents role involves managing key client relationships and driving growth in assets under management (AUM) within the assigned region. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the asset management industry, a proven track record in sales leadership, and strong regional market knowledge.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the said regions to achieve AUM targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expansion into new markets within the regio
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including institutional investors, financial advisors, and high-net-worth individuals
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular engagement and delivering value-added services
Revenue Growth & AUM Expansion:
- Drive revenue growth by increasing sales of the companys asset management products and services
- Focus on increasing AUM through strategic initiatives, including new client acquisition and cross-selling to existing clients
Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjust strategies as needed
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Work with the compliance team to stay updated on regulatory changes that may impact sales processes or client relationships
Academic Qualification and Experience:
- Qualification Essential: MBA / CA / CFA
- 3-5 years of experience in Asset Management or Financial Services Industry
Knowledge, Competency and Skills requirement:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the regional role
- Strong leadership ad team management skills
- Deep understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and asset management industry
- Excellent in Communication, Negotiation and Interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skill
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Knowledge of regional market
