Job Description - Cluster Manager, Partner Franchisee Alliances (B2B) Equity Broking & Investment Products - Handle a team of Key Account Managers (KAMs), Equity RMs Partner Alliances. - Train, Motivate & get productivity from the team. - Acquisition of Franchisee, IFA (Independent Financial Advisors) & Remisers. - Build rapport with these Partners (APs & DGs) & help them on-board their clients across products. - Conduct training of Partners for all our products across Direct Equity & Investment products (like Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), AIFs, Insurance, Bond, Fixed Deposit) with the help of products & training team. - Ensure best services to partners. - Help distributors on joint calls. - Organise seminar/webinar for the partners of his/her cluster. - Should be from Equity Broking Industry with minimum of 4-5 Years of team handling experience in B2B viz. Partner Alliance (Franchisees, IFAs) - Experience of selling Equity broking products along with Mutual Funds, PMS, AIF etc needed. - Need to have good communication skill. - Need to have ability to learn and update regularly on Capital Markets. - Desired to achieve sales target.
