Job Description VP/AVP/BM - NRI Desk QuickTurtle is seeking an accomplished and results-oriented VP/AVP/BM for our NRI Desk. In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for driving revenue targets, building and managing a high-performing team of NRI Relationship Managers, and expanding our presence with clients in Dubai and other offshore locations across a diverse range of investment products. Key Responsibilities - Achieve the revenue targets set for the NRI Team. This involves broking across Equity, Derivatives, Commodity, and Currency, as well as actively cross-selling products like Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs to existing acquired NRI clients from Dubai and other offshore locations. - Lead the hiring and training of the NRI team, focusing on enhancing their product knowledge and selling skills. - Improve and maintain the client activity ratio by ensuring clients are actively engaged across all investment segments. - Coordinate effectively with different internal teams to ensure seamless operations and client service. - Demonstrate strong channel management skills to optimize client acquisition and service delivery. - Function as a Team Leader, capable of hiring and training new NRI Relationship Managers. - Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret complex business information and drive strategic decisions. - Manage and mentor a team of NRI Relationship Managers, fostering their growth and ensuring target achievement. Skills & Qualifications - 8+ years of experience in sales of investment products, specifically in Equity Stock Broking, Mutual Funds, PMS, and AIFs. - Strong domain knowledge of products like Equity Stock Broking, PMS, Mutual Funds, AIF, and Bonds. - Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and development. - Strong analytical capabilities to interpret business data and market trends. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with NRI clients and manage internal collaborations. - Experience in NRI client management, particularly from Dubai and other offshore locations, is highly desirable.
