Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for pharmaceutical products in the assigned area.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with doctors, hospitals, pharmacies, and other key stakeholders.

Market Analysis:

Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and understand customer needs within the territory.

Sales Operations:

Plan and forecast monthly sales, manage sales budgets, and report sales figures and performance to senior management.

Internal Collaboration:

Liaise with marketing, product development, and regulatory teams to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external clients.
  • • Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, its products, and regulatory standards is essential.
