Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainer located in Rajkot. The Trainer will be responsible for leading and instructing Pilates classes, creating personalized workout plans, and guiding clients to achieve their fitness goals. Additional responsibilities include monitoring client progress, ensuring proper form and safety during exercises, and fostering an encouraging and inclusive environment. Trainers are also expected to demonstrate expertise in Pilates techniques and maintain a high standard of professionalism.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Pilates techniques, body movement, and exercise science
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and client management skills
- Ability to create personalized workout plans and accommodate individual fitness needs
- Experience in training, coaching, or group instruction is preferred
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and promoting a positive environment for participants
- Certification in Pilates or related fitness training (preferred)
- Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus
- Flexible, approachable, and enthusiastic with a commitment to team collaboration
