Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a NodeJS Developer & Trainer located in Rajkot. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing server-side applications with NodeJS, providing guidance, and assisting in training technical teams. Additional duties include collaborating closely with the development team, integrating back-end services with front-end components, and mentoring team members to enhance their technical skills and coding standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Back-End Web Development, including NodeJS and server-side application building
  • Strong Front-End Development skills, including experience with JavaScript and
  • Background in Software Development and ability to work across the software development lifecycle
  • Effective communication and training skills to facilitate knowledge sharing and leadership capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies
  • Prior experience mentoring or training technical teams is a plus
