About Asmi

Asmi is building the AI Chief-of-Staff for fast movers — a context-aware assistant that lives inside WhatsApp, iMessage & beyond. We are reimagining how high-performers plan, think, and act with AI at their side.

Role

We're looking for a Creative Specialist who can unlock Asmi's next wave of adoption without relying on traditional performance marketing. This role blends creativity, storytelling, and product-first growth. You'll be the person experimenting with AI-driven content, shaping organic growth loops, and spotting unconventional distribution hacks.

What You'll Do

  • Design & execute non-paid growth strategies (organic loops, virality, community plays, influencer & founder-led growth).
  • Use AI tools to create compelling, original content (short-form videos, blogs, social posts, micro-campaigns) that resonates with top class operators.
  • Build Asmi's voice and narrative across LinkedIn, X, and other platforms to drive recall.
  • Identify distribution wedges: partnerships, collabs, events, and creative ways to insert Asmi into founder/VC conversations.
  • Track growth experiments, double down on what works, and systemise playbooks.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth, content, or community roles (startup / consumer internet background preferred).
  • A builder mindset — scrappy, experimental, and not afraid to get hands dirty.
  • Strong storytelling + ability to think in memes, narratives & distribution hacks, not just channels.
  • Hands-on with AI content tools (ChatGPT, Veo, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.).
  • Obsession with startups, tech culture, and how products go viral.
