Job description

As a Content and Creative Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, executing and scaling content and creative assets for evACAD. In this role, you are expected to raise the creative quotient of the entire team and push the rest of the team to design the best content and creatives for our target audience. This position will report to the Head of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ideate, design and develop content for different platforms including social media handles, website and third-party properties.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other internal and external stakeholders to create assets for integrated campaigns across different channels and media formats.
  • Manage design files, timelines, and project budgets, as well as engage with stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Build an engaging and high value platform to host communities of e-mobility, new energy and sustainability professionals.
  • Leverage AI and other tools to increase learner engagement and retention.

Role Specifications & Required Skills:

● Education: Bachelors from reputed institute. MBA is a plus.

● Experience: 2-3 years' experience in content creation, marketing or advertising.

● Skills:

  • Customer Empathy
  • Strong creative, written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate the user needs and market insights in a clear and impactful manner.
  • Passion for creativity and innovation in design and content
  • Proactive in managing and handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in one or more design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva or similar)
