Job Title : Donor Relations & Partnerships Associate

Organisation: Leading Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO)

Location: Remote

Compensation: Fixed + Performance-based variable

Looking for Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Referrals: Identify potential donors through referrals from existing HNIs and partners.
  • Lead Generation: Source and penetrate high-value networks (YPO, EO, industry associations) and own the partnership pipeline.
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Build curated lists of prospective HNIs and conduct cold calls, emails, and follow-ups to secure new contributions.
  • Donor Renewals: Track donor cycles, coordinate follow-ups, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Donor Experience Management: Coordinate personalised communication, impact reporting, and feedback to build long-term donor satisfaction.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain CRM records, analyse donor trends, and prepare concise updates for leadership.

Candidate Profile

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, fundraising, partnerships, or client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior professionals and HNIs.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and strong follow-through.
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets, and creating presentations.
  • Passion for social impact and interest in building donor relationships in a mission-driven setup.
