We are now building a high-performance leadership team, and we are hiring a Chief Revenue & Commercial Head who will take full ownership of our revenue engine across Hotel + Café + Bar + Roastery + Events + D2C.
This is a foundational role with full commercial responsibility.

About the Role
This is NOT a regular hotel revenue manager role.
This is a mini-CEO commercial position responsible for scaling Unseen across all verticals.
You will own the pricing, revenue, growth strategy, events monetisation, F&B performance, OTA strategy, offline sales, coffee retail growth, and alignment between marketing, PR, and business outcomes.
You will directly work with the founding team and lead Unseen's commercial roadmap.

What You Will Lead
- Hotel Revenue Management
• Pricing, yield, forecasting, and budgeting
• OTA strategy , MMT, Airbnb, Agoda, Expedia, etc.)
• Promotions, visibility boosters, direct booking strategy
• Build a strong offline travel agent network
• Seasonal packages (Christmas, NYE, Valentine's, retreats, etc.)
- Coffee Culture Café & Uncultured Bar Revenue
• Menu engineering & pricing optimisation
• Footfall growth, ABV improvement, upselling systems
• Cost % reduction and waste control
• Campaigns that drive weekday + weekend revenue
• Build strong café + bar rituals to increase repeat business
- Roastery: Retail, D2C & B2B Coffee
• Launch D2C coffee subscription & online platform
• Build B2B pipeline (cafés, hotels, corporates)
• Packaging, pricing, retail shelf strategy
• Monthly roast planning & sales forecasting
• Turn the roastery into a major revenue centre
- Events & Experiences
• Monthly event calendar (jazz nights, omakase, workshops, soirées)
• Monetise penthouse, terrace & private bookings
• Partner with creators, chefs, bartenders, musicians
• Build Unseen as Goa's go-to experiential destination
- Marketing, PR & Brand Growth Alignment
• Convert content → bookings → revenue
• Collaborate with PR agency, marketing team, influencers
• Integrate campaigns with stay offers & dining experiences
• Build Unseen's commercial brand story
- Data, Dashboards & Commercial Reporting
• Build daily/weekly revenue dashboards
• Analyse category performance across hotel, café, bar & retail
• Monthly commercial reviews with founders
• Control F&B cost %, inventory & waste

• ADR + RevPAR growth month-on-month

• 5–15 new B2B coffee partners in 90 days
