We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Fire & Safety Officer to join our team at ODON Lifesciences in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in fire safety and management, with a strong background in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective fire safety plans and procedures to minimize risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular fire drills and training sessions to enhance employee knowledge and skills.
  • Inspect fire extinguishers, hydrants, and other firefighting equipment to ensure they are in good condition and properly maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify potential hazards and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Ensure all fire safety equipment is properly stored and secured when not in use.
  • Maintain accurate records of fire safety inspections, incidents, and personnel.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in fire safety and management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
  • Familiarity with fire safety equipment, including extinguishers, hydrants, and alarms systems.
