Project: Dehradun Mussoorie Ropeway Project

Position:MEP Engineer

Experience:89 Years

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Role ObjectiveTo lead, coordinate, and supervise all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Firefighting, and ELV systems of the Ropeway Project, ensuring seamless integration with civil/structural works and strict adherence to quality, safety, and statutory standards.Key Responsibilities Oversee execution of MEP works (HVAC, HT/LT power, firefighting, plumbing, ELV/BMS).

Review and validate design/shop/as-built drawings as per IS Codes, NBC, NFPA, ASHRAE, IEC.

Approve and monitor method statements, ITPs, material submittals.

Develop and track MEP schedules in Excel, MS Project(optional )

Conduct coordination meetings with civil, structural, OEM vendors, fa
•ade teams.

Implement QA/QC protocols, conduct FAT/SAT/NDT/commissioning tests.

Verify contractor bills, BOQs, variation claims, and cost reports.

Maintain records: inspection logs, test certificates, O&M manuals.

Lead testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems.Candidate RequirementsEducation: B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering,Civil

Experience: Minimum 8years in large-scale infrastructure/high-rise/industrial/ropeway projects.

Technical Expertise:

Mechanical: HVAC, chilled water, firefighting.

Electrical: HT/LT distribution, transformers, DG sets, earthing, lighting.

Plumbing/Drainage: Pumping, STP/ETP, water/storm systems.

ELV: CCTV, fire alarm, PA, access control, BMS.

Software: AutoCAD, Revit MEP, BIM tools.

Core Skills: Coordination, contractor management, billing, safety compliance.CTCper month (based on qualifications & experience as per Market Norms ).
