Key Responsibilities: 1. Site Management & Execution - Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth execution as per project schedule. - Supervise civil, structural, and finishing works with a strong focus on commercial building projects. - Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety norms. 2. Project Planning & Coordination - Develop and monitor detailed work schedules, resource plans, and manpower deployment. - Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors for timely execution. - Liaise with procurement teams for material requirements and timely availability. - Liaise with contract teams for Work order and timely availability of contractor. 3. Contractor Management - Lead and mentor site team and all contractors / vendors. - Monitor contractor performance and resolve site-level issues effectively. - Ensure contractors follow agreed schedules, BOQ, and scope of work. 4. Monitoring & Reporting - Track project progress against timelines and budgets, ensuring milestones are achieved. - Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. - Highlight risks, delays, and propose mitigation plans proactively. 5. Quality & Safety Compliance - Implement strict quality control measures across all stages of construction. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment at site. - Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and report deviations with corrective actions. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of commercial projects - Expertise in finishing works (flooring, false ceiling, painting, MEP coordination, interiors). - Proficiency in reading and interpreting drawings and technical specifications. - Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. - Hands-on knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD - Excellent communication and coordination skills.
